I find Beta-Alanine supplements super unpleasant.
I dont know if anyone else had this, but I used to take Superpump Max and SizeOn from Gaspari. I'm virtually certain it was causing mild heart palpitations and a persistent skin reaction.
My thought is that some of the shit in these must be fat soluble, because it took a while for my skin to go back to normal after I quit it.
I also would occasionally get 'grey-outs' while working out on Superpump around the time right before I stopped using it. Also would have to take a leak around 12 times per workout.
It made me feel like fucking superman when I took it- I used to look forward to the superpump almost more than the workout itself.
Glad I got over that stuff.

not liking beta alaanine either bought it a few months ago used maybe 16 servings out of 80, first time felt tingly every time after that nothing much pretty nauseous upped the dosage from 6g to around 10-12g a day and after a few days stopped taking it and is now in my room

Beta alanine helps recovery, but only quick recovery. Like if you rest more than 1 minute between sets, it's not worth taking. But it works wonders if you are doing circuits, supersets, or HIIT

in that case i may get back to it, i started a new routine this week, with tons of pre exhaust, rest pause and supersets which leaves me exhausted between sets and sore as fuck next day, coming from strength based routines with 3min+ breaks

I promise. Just take 8g a day, and spread it out if it makes you sick or too tingly. Also take it with food!!!
BA is NOT a pwo! It has no acute effects that are beneficial to working out AFAIK. How it works is increasing carnosine in the blood, and that happens over time. The only reason it's in pwo formulations is because pwos are mostly stupid gimmicks, and they put it in there because people can "feel it working"

Personally I would be wary of taking Craze for very long. I finally found out what this orchid extract was all about... turns out it contains 3 different Phenylethylamines... in other words, it is chemically 99% identical to amphetamine. I guess you could say that this is a bath salt drug in the form of a PWO? Here's a good writeup on the three compounds.
There is currently a lawsuit about these supplements, and I think it even alleges that they used actual amphetamines, so the label may not be on the up-and-up... They allege that it is not actually a plant extract, but synthetic chemicals. This is similar to the problem the 1,3d supplements had, where they would call it "geranium extract" but it actually contained no geranium at all (because the plant version is ineffective in humans) Here is a good writeup on the lawsuit.
Something to consider, if you care strongly about what goes into your body. Especially if you have to take drug tests for work or sports.

I've never tried mdma before but i told my friends the aftermath of when i take craze and made him try it for a workout, told me its almost the same symtoms when your on E.
When ever im done from the gym on a craze day i feel as if the energy doesnt end 0.0 No crash LOL over tiered but cant sleep
