best new england/white clam chowder as title states, looking for a great clam chowder for my sister. The Cannery had previously made her favorite, so any suggestions? thanks |
^ You can still get the same clam chowder at the Pink Peppercorn. Eddy was one of the chefs who used to work at The Cannery before they closed. :) |
How high up was Eddy? Head chef? His dishes have a very rich and classic style to them. |
I don't know to be quite honest but he did say something along the lines of 10 to 12 years. His previous experience was with Joe Fortes in which he spent a solid 5 or 6 years working before going to The Cannery. |
