Audi R8 V10 Spyder - So Sexy

I have never been a huge fan of convertables and 99% of the time I would say the coupe version
looks better then the covertable version of the same model car. However I think the R8 Spyder is
a rare case were the convertable looks better then the coupe.

The automatic is a really rough drive. The gear shifts are very uncomfortable at low rpms

Very exotic car but too bad Richmond is filled with 19 year olds who drive these, the market target really has changed

after i watched a episode of supercars exposed when the 911 turbo killed the R8 ( not v10 ) it kinda made me lose some respect for the R8 but damn i love convertibles and that R8 spyder looks so sexy.

I'm a fan of convertible but only when the top is down. I don't think with the soft top up, a convertible can ever look as good as the coupe.

driven a 4.2 V8 just once..

man it was comfortable for a supercar. Rtronic gear box is a bit strange feeling.. mabye because its an older auto-based design.

even a C2S PDK can kill a R8 V8

much smoother feeling than e-gear though.. still, the manual six speed should be a better bet in the R8... or the newer S-tronic box.

R8 v8 is a bit slow, 0-60 is just a little under 5s... but it does corner well. Drove it on a track... I guess it didn't stand a chance since I just drove a few much faster cars: scuderia, f430, lp560, lp640. Almost fall asleep waiting for the r8 to accelerate on the main straight. haha

I don't think a person's main reason to buy an R8 is to beat a C2S..

And as for the spyder.. I saw one cruising down Main street a day after I heard about this. Looks sex. The Gallardo elements they borrowed really pop out in this one.
