4pm-6pm is like prime time. there will not be any parking at those time.

think guys who gel their hair, wear armani/ufc tight shirts to work out. sometimes still wearing the murse on them. usually flex their fatty arms in the mirror for 10 minutes between sets. only do upper bodies workout.

The only thing this gym needs are more squat racks, but other than that, I really like this gym.
Parking is really crucial though; from 4-9, I could say that's when it's really bad.
There are many types of cardio machines, so you won't have to worry about signing up for a time or waiting too long before getting on one.
Most of the people here are pretty nice as well. For instance, we had 5 people going on one squat rack, all of whom we do not know. This is way better than those usual community centres, who would hog the rack until they are finished.

offered 20 month there when it was phase 1,2, no contract cuz i was previously a member. Don't like how there is only one area for water fountain and its the opposite side of the weights, prefer not to lug a water bottle around.

got offered 6 months free if i prepay for a 12 month contract which works out to be about $30 a month (for 18 months). is this a "promo" or is it normal? can anyone chime in? currently working out at a community centre

thanks for your quick reply, was told the promo ends tomorrow morning, but I felt like it was just a strategy to get me to sign. How's your experience there so far? Positive?

now about the promo they told me the "offer" ends end of the month too so im not actually sure if its a promo or not. i only say its normal cuase i know alot of people who said they got the same "deal" as i did. Sorry if this confused you. Im sure if you talk to the manager he can work something out for you

I prepaid a year and got one year free for the sportsclub. Tell them that's the only way you will sign up. And don't believe the expiration date of a "promo", it's just a sales tactic.

how much is your monthly rate? and would your deal work out to be 2 years total then? or does the one year sportsclub overlap?

I did my prepay after my 2 yr expired.. Was payin like $65/mth cause it's the sportsclub. They wanted to charge me initiation again but I fought for that, told them WTF I've been a member for 2 years, and u want me to pay a joining fee??

My prepay was around $800 for 2 years, and includes all the sportsclub, except downtown. Works out to be like $34/mth.

If you guys want that deal, msg me, il see if I can get you that deal with no hassle thru the guy i signed up with. Plus that way I get a referral too.
