Best Nachos in Metro Vancouver

Who here has had the best nachos and you'd go back again and again for it?

I'm still on the lookout..

I know places where not to go...

Elephant Pub-> cheeseless and we've asked for extra cheese..
and
Boston Pizza.-> small portions, cheeseless the last time i went

Station Square Pub.
Went there for UFC, asked for extra toppings, just pay the extra buck or two.. It's sure as hell worth it.

And a bunch of other pubs too.

I find the chain restaurants nachos aren't that great. Boston's, Applebees, etc..

+1 to foundation
you don't even notice there isn't meat because of its pure awesomeness
also the portions are just stupid large for the price.
takes at least 2 grown sober men or one seriously baked guy.

I'd like to hear your opinions on what you think makes great nachos?

For me, it's cheese has bubbled
Tortilla chips are crispy
Side of salsa makes or breaks it

Marine Bistro.

Clancy's Bar/Pub in New West has some pretty good nachos. Usually not a nacho person but I get it every time I go there. Sloppy and delicious, just what bar food should be.

it's such an easy thing to make that it's really about fresh ingredients. the only reason i even order it at bars/pubs is because i'm high/drunk and rarely have all the ingredients at home. when i do have the parts, then i make the best nachos in the city. there should be a law against places that suck at nachos.

in fact, everyone in here makes the best nachos. all you do is 2 things. chop shit up and then layer it. at that point, it's about stupid awesome dip. guac, salsa or 7 layer dip with nachos. that's a superbowl special.

The nacho's at Westwood Ho (University golf club) is actually pretty good.. then again im a bit bias cause I get discount :) but other then that.. if you go there to golf.. and feeling nachos there pretty mean. (Also for a extra buck or so you can add stuff like spicy beef or w/e)

Had nacho's at Charles Bar, in the Woodward's building last night. They were really good, I would've taken a photo but we were a little hungry and started digging right in.

The Foundation nachos > Naam nachos

I've had both. Foundation is still my favorite nachos of all-time (I'm addicted to them). Cheaper than Naam and had a much more generous serving.

Check this out as well for a more thorough head-to-head review:

All the people that had Nachos @ Foundation, do they use real cheese or the "I-Can't-Believe-It's-Not-Cheese" substitute?
