Logo Peeled Off, where to fix

if a tiny part of the logo of my boss track pants, which is like sticker quality ( not stitched on ), peeled/came off, can a tailor fix it ?

iron it back on on VERY VERY low heat and make sure it's moist

if its nylon you're outa luck

its not hanging, its like actually gone. iuno how to explain but is there, anyway for a tailor to like get material to stick back a tiny piece or smth?
