My mistake, I saw this on their shipping page:
"All orders will have to have a valid non-PO box US address. "
and I guess I just assumed. Good to know.

I don't see how buying a fake can be compared to buying a wallet someone has used for 2 years. I just prefer to buy new, real or not.

With that said, I haven't made a decision yet. All I'm saying is I don't mind spending $400 less for essentially the same product, made of the same material, but with a few minor details that are different from the original (I'm referring to high quality replicas as I have seen some hideous ones). Buying authentic may mean something to you but to me it doesn't rank that high. Quality and design, among other things is most important to me. My point is, I'm not against buying replicas and certainly wouldn't judge someone if they bought replicas. Hell I bet the Citizen watch I bought off ebay for $220 (but retailed for $635) was a replica. I don't know and I don't care as it has served me well for the past 5 years and continues to work flawlessly to this day, authentic or not.

I know you haven't accused me of anything (yet) but I'll just make it clear: I'm not trying to be a poser or show off since that would be better accomplished by getting a flashier wallet. I just like this particular design and the sexy ass taiga leather

Uhh .. .You are trying to be a poser. You can type out paragraph after paragraph trying to justify it but at the end of the day anyone with a real one will know yours is fake meanwhile people like you flood the market with cheap replicas that makes everyone with a real one value theirs less.

You refuse to pay the premium for a real new one yet scoff at the thought of buying a used one. Wow, beggers can be choosers.

theres like fake things for everything these days. Would you buy a fake diamond and wear it? You are still a poser anyways.

I wonder what you would say if someone asks you if your wallet was real? Would you say it was real or say its fake?

I originally posted a longer reply but I think that was stupid of me to waste my time like that.

I'll just say the following:

dhillon09:
1. Not everyone who buys a replica is trying to be a poser (nor does it necessarily mean they can't afford it). If you only see it in black and white then there's no point discussing this further.

2. Buying a $400 wallet that someone I don't know has used for 2 years is not appealing to me, especially if I have alternatives (which include replicas). If you're saying you would gladly spend that kind of money on a used wallet then good for you. I have different preferences.

Recon604: I would say it is fake. I've never even considered the idea of passing off a fake wallet as authentic.

It's hilarious how touchy some you get over this topic. Just live and let live.

Lol I dropped by Holt Renfrew after work. Big mistake. Now that I saw the real thing I ended up thinking about how difficult it will be to find a site with a replica that can come close to this, plus I run the risk of waiting two weeks only to receive one that doesn't measure up.

Oh well I can't complain. Got the complementary monogramming as well.

blacked out one of my initials

I've had that wallet for awhile and I noticed a few things about it. If you carry it in your back pocket the edges will tend to get worn and your plastic cards can get cut because of location of the slots.

I'm thinking of getting a bottega wallet to replace the lv one soon.
