i totally forgot about this thread. i recently backed a kickstarter wallet which just got fully funded. if i remembered this i would have told you guys as well. i'm a little skeptical about the part that holds bills just because american money is slightly shorter than ours but oh well. i love the looks of it.

I have the Speed Racer Tyvek wallet. It wears down but doesn't tear. It only holds bills and cards but it's super thin.

^ @ Threezero

I am currently using that wallet and I like it! The new bills are no problem as long as you insert the bills like in the picture. Only complaint is that once you stretch the main card slot you must keep the same amount of cards in it or you'll lose your cards.

I used to have a Tyvek wallet. Got sick of it since the material started getting all stringy. Currently using these two

I've been using this wallet for a couple months and it's fine with canadian bills, haven't tried with the plastic cash though. The cards in the centre are hard to pull out sometimes when they get shoved too deep.

it could have been cheaper, but im still happy with it. got sick of all the fat wallets

There are some interesting minimal wallet projects on KS.
Been thinking about this one.

That particular one is likely more durable with the elastic track. I backed a similar wallet on KS, the Omega wallet that uses rubber o-rings and it has been great so far despite having to double fold bills now.

Been using this wallet for about a year now:

It looks decently slim without anything in it but gets pretty damn thick when I put all my stuff in it. I'm sick of pulling my wallet out of my back pocket every time I sit down, puts me at risk of forgetting it or somebody else snatching it while I'm not looking. Any suggestions for slim and practical wallets that'll last?

I was at SFU the other day and I walked by the presentations for "SFU Next Top Product" competition. One of the guys presenting made his own wallet and is on Kickstarter right now, seems pretty cool, definitely thinking of backing him. What are your thoughts on this wallet?

Nice, that Most Rad looks good. What do you think about it so far? The one thing I like about it is that quick access to a card without opening the wallet.

The hench wallet reminds me of the lean wallet I was looking at on kickstarter.

I think the lean looks much nicer and the guy is also from vancouver. It just ended yesterday tho.

I met this guy on the last day of his old job at MADE on Granville Island when I was getting some Tshirt printing done

I got to see the wallet in person and basically backed his kickstarter when I got home. Its an impressive wallet made of excellent leather. The Craftsmanship is amazing as well

Good choice. I have the regular black damier pocket organizer and for my needs it's literally perfect. I wish I could find the red infini somewhere...

i don't even use that quick access to hold a card because i just don't have many that i carry around. i use it to hold my bills since the band wasn't meant for canadian money. my drivers license is tucked away beneath everything
