They cut half our orders, we keep inquiring and we never get the items. Also the food isn't all that great either. A lot of the fried or BBQ stuff came out lukewarm.

Fish on Rice on Kingsway, however, is utterly disgusting. | I wasn't even aware there was a location on Broadway. I guess I'll have to try that one out.
And yes, Kingsway location is shit dipped in shit.

Surprised only a few people have mentioned Matsuyama. Not AYCE but if you go for late night, it'd be a stretch for your bill to go over $20. Quality is def better than AYCE, only AYCE I'd consider now would probably be Ninkazu

Personally, I can't stand Tomokazu.. I mean yeah it's cheap.. but their servers and their manager are so bitchy. It's funny because my friend got death-stared by their manager when he paid $0.50 tip
I love ebei and Kingsway sushi. Agi Taro is good too. |

come on guys. They're businesses and need to make money too. Especially since we're talking about under $15 don't expect the sushi to come out Chef Tojo quality. One thing I recommend you guys do is if you do decide to get a bulk order in, it would be a good idea to order the majority of it at once. This stops the delay that happens in between orders since they have less of an excuse to give you less.
To be honest, I think BC sushi isn't all that bad. Unlimited sashimi and late night sushi, can't go wrong with that.

Anybody else see that sign on w.broadway? I think it was called Ji Sushi or something like that. They have a sign up for 13.95 AYCE from 6pm-9pm.
Any reviews/comments?

i was just there this weekend. It wasn't bad. they have the 19 dollar version and you get sashimi.
i really am desensitized with AYCE, it's all the same. mango pudding dessert, sushi are pretty much the same give or take a few difference in how they plate it. it wasn't bad. make sure you book a table at ji sushi.

They had an entire tray of cooked chicken teriyaki uncovered and sitting at the kitchen entrance right outside the washrooms. I've only gone back there once since they "renovated" and it was crap.

Had kyo again yesterday for lunch, really digging this place, korean bbq is fun and pretty good, service is impressive for AYCE, presentation is decent.

Kyo is the bomb. They don't have sashimi and Seafood for AYCE lunch but that's expected. Their servers are fantastic.
