Organization, staff, and competition is way better than pich. VIHL owner actually cares. pich rests on their laurels that they've been around longer but it's starting to erode.

i usually only buy small stuff from sports chek like tape, mouth guard and such. even at the richmond center location i find the selection to be kind of small compared to online.

Difference between pich and vihl? I'm looking to play roller, hoping to find a team that doesn't care if I miss a few games here and there. Prefer higher tiers but I'll play whatever.

pich is richmond. vihl is burnaby, northvan, west van, vancouver

i have never played pich but i hear its very unorganized with only one ref while vihl has 2 and are pretty up to date with stats and games.

played pich for years... it has gone down to the shit. VIHL is probably your best bet. They actually care about the teams that join their league

That pretty much sums it up, I've been with PICH for years as well. They say that they will have 2 refs, but there are a lot of games when only 1 shows up. For a few years, the scheduling had been poor and we would be told of changes the day or two prior to the game. Stats aren't updated the same way VIHL will update that night or the next morning.

K I've noticed theres like 13 tiers???? I've never played organized roller hockey so I have no idea what the skill levels would be like in each tier...Are the platinum/gold/silver tiers really good? How much of a difference would there be between say silver and gold?
