high performance minivans?

sounds like a good idea from chrysler,

http://www.autoblog.com/2011/02/10/2...-chicago-2011/

Wonder if other manufacturers are going to start making high performance minivans, like a TRD sienna, uplander SS, SVT Flex, nismo quest, and odessey Si,

About 15 years ago, Renault put their F1 engine in one of their minivans. Of course it was a one off, but it was interesting.

People used to modify the 2.5L turbo gen I caravans, they were rockets, some hitting the high 12 range on the 1/4 mile.

Sienna has some pretty lights and body kits but overall the body is way too plain and cheap which you can clearly see with the lower spec'ed ones, caravan is classier and will look better 5 years down the road. New odyssey is quite nice though

What a disappointment..the concept a while back looked really good. Right now it seems like they just put different wheels (not even aggressive looking ones) on, at least add a wing or brighter paint?!?

Anyways this gen has the the most timeless design imo

Will build a bippu one and a srt4 swapped track whore when I have disposable income trololo

Not really, base model quest, odyssey, caravan all look pretty similar to their top of the line equivalents, the sienna has the blandest shape overall with no interesting lines.

Ok, the Espace F1 is in a league of its own... but this thing definitely has the most style points.
