ball hockey-late 20's early 30's crew

where can i play ball or floor hockey in vancouver prefer in the arbutus area since i dont have a a car. want to join a league preferably. i now they have the communiyt centre, but anyone now of any leagues in the dwtn or close to arbutus area
prefer guy or girls around late 20's and early 30's to play and meet new friends.
or even any sports but with those ppl around that age range.
