What's the dealio? Have you tried the food after their "renovations"? Now it's a bit more exp, and the new owner changed the name to Enjoy Cafe...lame name imo..:failed:

Food there is passable, ditto with the drinks, rarely will you find that in a place that isn't packed full.

Well..I like Alleiluia or "fuen yun" but I prefer Silver Tower more..

Guess no more e canteen..they were the cheapest and their portions were huge.

Never really liked E-Canteen anyways, so its no biggie.

I rather head to Alleluia or Kingspark if I'm in Rmd; but most of the time I rather just stay in Vancouver and go to Honolulu/Angel Cafe or BBT Cafe.

Its 1+1 Enjoy Cafe now. I know the owner. Food there is same as usual, typical cafe, but they did some renovations and new equipment as well.

Fuen yun is getting worse and worse for some reason. Last time I ate there the food was half cooked and real bad and same with my friend's plate of noodles.

e-canteen always sucked...

i used to frequent e-canteen until i found out about alleluia.

tbh alleluia is going down in quality, maybe it's the exceptionally high volume taking a toll on the staff.


kings park has the best food of the 3, but their service is horrid, absolutely horrid, and I never complain about service.

Tried "Enjoy Cafe" few days after it opened. It was horrible.

Stay away from it.

- Pretty much same menu.
- Choices have been reduce.
- Prices have increase.
- Horrible service.
- 30 minutes after ordering, still no utensils
or even the TEA yet
- Soup came another 45 minute after ordering
- Meal finally came after 1 hour
- Meat were either under cook or overcook.

It might have improved since. But I know I wouldn't be going back.
Just go to Alleluia next door, and you get free refill too.

Man, last time I wentthe sign said it's under renovation. I love to have breakfast there cus it's cheap and portion is big enough to feed 2 ppl.

i go to kam do more now as my grandma likes there "lo po bang" (wife cakes), so i eat there then buy wife cakes for my grandma if he ever go up to COQ

i on the other hand have not been to alleluia in a long ass time, so i might try them out this weekend again & e-canteen sucks as i only went there once & it sucked for me (just as bad as NO.9)

Kam Do is great bang for the buck... you get a lot of food for a small price.
but the qauilty is complete shit.... and I still go there like once a week!

Kings Park - Best tasting "cream" sauces IMO

I shit bricks every time I eat at Silver Tower, even drinking their milk teas makes me shit bricks.

also dont go there if you're high because theres like 6 menus and 1000 choices.

every time i go to ecanteen, they mix and match beef/ pork / chicken type meal, i go home and i get stomach aches last 3 times i was there ... i never went back since, it's been like 2 yrs now.

My vote still goes to Kings Park cause I still think their food tastes the best out of all the hk style cafes in richmond and they are the most consistent. Stopped going to Kam do after I found a fly in my noodles, which i asked to have returned and when the manager bitch brought it back there was another fucking fly in there. FUCK. Agree with TypeR, every fucking time I go to Silver Tower I get the fuckin runs so I stopped going there too.

What are Kings Park menu prices like and what are their usual hours?

Should have read this before I went today for lunch. I waited almost an hour for my food.

Wow, it took them this long? I should print them an award for outstanding achievement in prolonged restaurant operations. Though I won't cause that's a waste of my time and effort for such a garbage establishment or should I say establishitment.

Chowtimes blogged about it yesterday and they seem to like it.
I thought they would have improved since their opening.....but I guess not.

Chwotimes loves everything they eat. You cant' take their opinion seriously.

Taste in food is like...so-so, lol.

They're good in the sense you can see what's new, but just because they explicitly blog that it is good does not necessarily make it so.
