my parents did my taxes without me knowing and forgot about my schools T2202A, could i possibly just send in another return or would i have to call in and cancel and redo the whole process again?

No need to complete a new return. Complete this form and mail it in but wait until your first return gets assessed first.

called CRA to check up on status of things
They have both my old and current on file
I've been getting mail and shit from them the past 6months to current address
Now I find out my refund goes to old address

9k with tuition credit...

But I'm a noob at this.. Neone know if I should blow all the tuition in one go? Or am I able to space it out in years and get better tax credit benefit
