does anyone know the shipping rates for musclefeast to canada?
is it cheaper for me to buy from the store and take advantage of the gnc deals,
or order online from bb with over 20$+ for shipping?

Got my order just now, and quickly made an orange Essential Amino... It wasn't AMAZING like I thought it might be, but still pretty good! Definitely not a fail, but I expected better for some reason.

Will try Hydro Builder after today's workout.

Hydro Builder's scoop is HUGE! 52g serving!

With 30g being protein, that leaves about 22g for the "platimum" additions

10g of that is sugar/fat, mostly from the "creamer" - glucose syrup, coconut oil, phosphoric acid, other weird stuff I can't explain (why is there silica in my protein shake?)

Also in the ingredients list is 5g of creatine, 2.5g betaine (anyone use supplements long enough to remember when this was popular?), a tiny bit of added aminos like BCAAs and glutamine, flavours, artificial sweeteners, thickeners, and emulsifiers.

It's definitely a "premium" product, in that you end up with a very smooth, delicious shake. I bought it for $40 (well $60, with $20 going to the 'free' bottle of Essential Amino I absolutely would have bought anyway) for 40 servings. There's no way I'd pay the full price for this, but for $40 it's still just barely worth it, IMO.

Personally I'd rather just go with a good straight up whey/casein/egg blend for a good price.

I need to try the lemon cream pie!!! Bb.com didn't/doesn't carry that flavor and I usually just do orders w/ them.
Have you tried their whey? Heard "artic lemonade" is amazing too.

The following products are NOT allowed to be shipped to your shipping country (Canada):

* Optimum Opti-Men, 180 Tablets

Just ordered Jack3d a few weeks ago too

I've heard 1,3 dimeth might have been banned recently by Health Canada, anyone else got info?

They definitely don't ship Opti-Men to Canada for whatever reason

unless you shipped it to pt roberts, i don't see how it would have allowed you. the system automatically doesn't process your shipment if theres any items in your basket that are banned from canada.
