For future reference, most mentioned multi vitamin and pre workout that ppl are trying to buy from the states that cant be shipped over can be bought from Canadian stores (local and online) with the obvious price hike.

BB.com will not let you proceed to checkout if the product isnt allowed in Canada but you can always try your luck from other US online stores. You may or may not get your package confiscated by customs.

purple k, kreakyln are all okay but honestly creatine mono is cheap and proven to work

assault has been my go to preworkout for almost a year now, i like it because theres no 1,3d and its not over stimmed.

The only down side to this is the price but they always have deals on bb.com like right now buy 2 get one free (if anyone jumps on this get green apple and il trade you for fruit punch since i still have plenty) all flavors have gotten good reviews but from what i tried rasp lemonade and fruit punch are had to compare too.

in the gym focus is laser like i get in there know what i gotta do not like 1mr where i feel over stimmed and feel like im on a bad trip. I do notice a lil but not alot of strength and endurance gains i start my pwo cycle again today after been off for 2 months, il post how it goes.

also since i took a long cycle off stimulants/caffeine ive been on controlled labs glycergrow and serving per price is pretty good check it out

http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...ghlight=glycer

i wouldnt recommend anything i havent tried or used for a bit.

im on week 3 of glycergrow and no need to cycle this stuff and i can take it more than once a day so morning weight and afternoon trainning boxing, muaythai etc etc, best part is i havent tried it with a pwo so its only going to get better

got my shipment in today. i think it is by far the best preworkout like most others said. good focus throughout, gives u hella pumped veins and best of all, no crash. it feels so clean its awesome. this is all on only half a scoop too. as for strength gains, was able to go a bit heavier and push out an extra rep or two. i think its my new favorite preworkout
