Normally I'd agree, except some CM does seem to be finer and easier to digest. I have found the cheap brands (like Higher Power, and Cheap Supplements) to be a bit more grainy, harder to dissolve, and causing more gas and CM side effects.
Brand name CM is still cheap, so it's not bad to stick with a brand in this case. I personally use Prolab usually.

^ a lot of my friends take it, pretty good i guess cause most are getting great gains
to contribute to this topic, i am currently taking isomass xtreme weight gainer, pretty good, but looking to change to something else as i prepare to cut down for summer, currently gained 15 pounds, 5 pounds a week and hopefully gain more

im looking for a good new protein at a decent or cheap price | just got me some muscle juice revolution 2600 10 lbs for 80, +2 free t shirts & 7 pre workout samples =), took 2 scoops right now with milk, in a shaker cup with a mixer ball no matter how much u shake the fucking thing will always have small clumps but if u blend it in a blender, it will be smooth. overall with milk it tastes pretty good (chocolate flavour), i'll be taking it 4 scoops a day for the next 3 weeks when it finishes and ill let you know how much weight/fat i gain

thanks | i take that, it doesnt mix very well, but its half the price of the myofusion i was buying before
the other thing with it being an isolate, is it isnt the best for just taking during the day to get some extra protein, its really only good as a PWO
next time im not fucking broke, ill pick up a blend like myofusion to take during the day, and keep the kaizen isolate for only PWO

Tried 1MR for the first time yesterday, energy was decent but man the crash was the worst. I don't think the crash out weighs the energy that was given.
Other pre-workouts Ive tried, SP250 and Jack3d.

Hey guys, whats the best place to buy supplements online (good quality, good prices, trustworthy)? I've tried bodybuilding.com and Amazon but they don't ship a lot of their things to Vancouver/Canada. Is BB.com's shipping worth it? I see that it's hella expensive. Also, Popeyes is a tad too expensive.
