anyones in specific? just weight gainers and continue her regular activities?
why does she need to gain weight? That weight is acceptable as long she is heathly and fit. Just stay in shape. I dont recommend weight gainers for girls, unless she wants to bulk and become fat sure...

If she really does, tell her to go gym. Do some squats and bench presses. She'll gain muscle mass and you will be a happy guy LOL and tell her she wont become muscular if thats whats preventing her going gym

She needs motivation to go to the gym, she lives way out in the boonies of maple ridge where the gyms are scarce. Her waking up at 5am to get home from work at 5pm makes her not want to drive 20min into town. There's a club 16 opening soon so she wants to sign up with her sister. But till then she seems to be slowly losing weight since her jeans are no longer are a nice snug fit.

Apparently Costco now carries MusclePharm Combat Protein 5lb for $44.99: MusclePharm Combat Protein 5lb for $44.99 at Costco - RedFlagDeals.com Forums

Anybody confirm if GVRD carries it yet? 320icar?

Any comments how it compares to Kaizen, taste-wise?

Would you say that MP is better due to lower cholesterol content or is it a small enough amount that I should not be concerned? Keeping in mind that I don't drink a shake everyday like I should.
I am considering picking up one or the other the next time I am down there.

I actually have no idea. I just bandwagoned and bought a bunch when i was down there. I haven even opened mine up yet. Gotta finish my kaizen first.

In other news, i picked up a tub of the cellular c4 explosive pre-workout. Taste is fucking awesome, but i don't notice anything. No extra pump, focus, endurance, strength etc. the only thing i noticed was that my fingertips tingled a bit, and my piss smelled like i ate a bushel of asparagus. Maybe my kidneys are just really good at filtering shit

I always mixed mine w/ milk
Depending on my phase, it's either FF or 2% (sometimes homo during bulk since I love the taste)
