Assault should work. I usually start to feel it 10 min after taking it. On my drive to the gym my skin gets all dry after taking it I duno why and I start to feel uncomfortable sitting cuz I'm so jittery

500g will last you 2 months at $18
And it's not for cardio, it's good for anyone doing strength training. But it is BETTER for higher reps/higher volume that I see you and RRxtar do, compared to creatine which is better for low reps, high weight.
A combination of the two is killer.
I would also recommend HMB for the style of training you guys do, but that one IS really expensive.
Beta Alanine is worth it IMO. $10 a month, take 8g a day.
I know you're not a supplement whore, but IMO beta alanine is going to be one of those staple supplements, like creatine and caffeine.

im getting ready for a big order of supps here pretty quick. maybe ill add some BA too.
edit: FUCK i did it again i ran out of superpump before i ordered more. off to popeyes i go tomorrow.
also, if you guys havent tried superpumpMAX yet, give it a go. fruit punch tastes like red popcicles and i swear to god ive never worked out the way i have for the last 2 months before. i feel like Ive got the energy of Jason Statham in Crank while feeling like i have the swagger of Jason Statham in the Transporter.

Hold off on the MAX!!!!
Bodybuilding.com has a special, superdump max for $39, and you get a free tub of Gaspari creatine (60 servings). I'm probably going to order up some BCAA's too since I never had it before, I wanna see what all the hype is about. Most likely i'm going to go with the ON capsules; 400 for $23.
Along with:
1-2 bottles of Ascenta Nutrasea
Some sort of greens supplement
Possibly a multi-vitamin

You get used to it though. After a few weeks you pretty much don't feel anything at all. Also, caffeine makes it worse, so if it's uncomfortable, don't take it with caffeine.

For me I have been taking it for quite a while so I just do two 4g scoops a day. It dissolves completely and is basically tasteless.
