Fender Rolling

Hi, Does anyone know of a shop on the island near Courtenay that has the proper fender rolling tool? Or anyone who has experience doing it that wouldn't mind helping me roll my fenders.

BUT i DID get a number of a guy who works out of his house and from what i have been told, "if he cant roll it, its cant be done". so he is supposed to be good, have not got a hold of him yet tho, ill post again after i talk to him.
