Couldnt recover my old account (Xtreme_Speed), and just have to say that this is depressing as hell! I miss the old days dammit! Yes we are getting older, but come on we are still tuners and enthusiasts, and we gotta show these youngins what its all about, Mutual respect (while verbal and forum flaming eachother) for eachother. Does no one elde miss the meet-ups, the races, hell, I miss the super cruise! So come on peeps, lets make somethin happen for old times sake, Im sure Alex would be down, still see him cruisin in his Celica, and what about you Steve? you still got the SIR? Doesnt matter if your rollin in your old tuners or traded them in for a mini-van for the fam, I think we need to make something happen sooner rather than later. There I am done ranting, but damn it, I miss you guys... In a totally hetero, super manly logger type way

old? ... you mean like... seeing nashmans supra on the road driving (before the build ? ) ... lining a section of a parking lot for Fast and furious opening nights at the theater and then standing on the sidewalk watching kids jump into mommy and daddies car and trying to kill each other leaving the lot....

when mid island cruises were 20ish cars.. and lasted a few hours? ...

*sniffle*

If someone will finally buy my stupid Jeep, I'll be back to wrenching on the Stealth this winter

I've lost over 80lbs since I used to race it, free weight reduction!

I wonder how much you would have to spend on carbon doodads to shave that weight? (unless you have a supra, in which case you just swap out the seats )

Well, funny that I just posted that. Today I gave a test drive to someone and they've agreed to buy my Jeep! Going to settle paperwork tomorrow.

I'll be debt free in a couple months, and free to do a little wrenching

Never got rid of the car, just shelved it. I figure I don't really deserve it and can't really afford it while I still have debts. I won't have any car payments or credit cards to worry about soon!

Seats are serious savings in my car too lol. I start out heavier than a Supra

I am still up in nanaimo , island side sure is dead now. It's too bad we had some good times and the scene was healthy and vibrant. Now it's only drifter homos in beat rod 240s.
