| skinny guy at my gym can lift a lot
i seen a very skinny asian guy at my gym who can lift a lot like 65lb dumbell over his head and doing a overhead dumbell extentsion with both hand . he can also bench press with 2- each 65 lb dumbell on each hand.
i seen a few of these guys too. they don't look strong but can lift a lot. his arms are also very skinny and body is skinny too.
how come they can lift so much but so skinny. you think a big guy with muscles can do that.
