Cheap last minute flights to LA?

Hey guys, I don't really travel that often so I'm unfamiliar with this sorta stuff. What I hope to do is fly to LA for a day, watch the Ducks vs Predators game 5, then fly back. I'd have booked this waaaaaaay sooner but they didn't release the playoff schedule until late. This would be for April 22nd (easter weekend I know ). Is there a way to get some cheap flights or how do I even go about last minute stuff like that? Thanks for any ideas!

THE ROCK: "Write it down. Hold that jelly donut up, SQUEEZE all the jelly out, squeeze all the-- write it down; you like writing things down-- squeeze all the jelly out, and then-- write this down, you don't want to forget this-- TURN that sumbitch sideways, and stick it STRAIGHT UP your CANDY ASS!"
