does a few things that really annoy me, mix of his personality and general mannerisms:

-stands behind you and watches you do things from over your shoulder
-interrupts any conversation you're having with someone else if he needs to talk to you (doesnt wait for a good time to speak, or for someone to let him in)
-makes excuses whenever he does something wrong. never just accepts mistakes as what they are.
-barks your name from across the room when he needs to ask you something instead of walking right up to you
-speaks mandarin loudly with other mandarin speakers even when people who cant understand are nearby

he seems like a good person but just has shit manners sometimes.
