WTB: 4 x 100 Rims + Rubber

I'm looking to buy some 4 x 100 rims, I'd prefer it to come with rubber, but throw me what you got even if you don't have rubber.

Please tell me what you have, the price, how much curbage are on the rims if any, and the percentage left on the tires if applicable.
