iPhone 3GS 16GB black unlocked and jailbroken running iOS 4.3.3

i just did a reset of the phone so the life timer says 5 min, but i can guarantee you that it is not brand new.

the phone is in perfect working order, but there are some aesthetic blemishes on the back cover (which can be replaced at a phone repair shop) and around the silver border in the front. There is a slight hairline crack at the back case near the base. Scratches that you see in the picture on the front screen are just the protector. the screen itself has no major scratches

Currently have a matte finish screen protector on the front and i am including two cases with the phone (see pictures). usb cable, charger, and a docking station also included. sorry, no box or instruction manual.
