Tongue Pain

Hey guys,

I started to get pain from my tongue every time I eat or drink something.
However I checked my tongue out with a mirror and found a small white bump... I had this for a couple of days...

Did you guys had this problem before? If so, please help!

EDIT: Now the bump is no longer there but i do have some scar on it now... Is it a bad or good thing?

Canker sore.

http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/e...cle/000998.htm

I tend to get them on the inside of my mouth. Can't seem to find a pattern but I suspect stress would do it for me.

My mom gets them and she uses this to help:

I think I had something like that before.
It should take care of itself and go away.

If the pain doesn't go in a day or so you should go to your dentist or doctor.

Small wounds in your mouth can be the precurser to oral cancers and it's important, so they don't become oral cancer that they're dealt with immediately.
