A stock black 2000 cavalier. I understand you are sending the message, but unless it had some indication of the guy being on rs, I doubt he/she is. Cavaliers are pretty common

Hope you reported them, I reported a drunken van once going over the Alex Fraser bridge that was tailgating everyone and weaving in an out of traffic

If you're pretty sure someone is driving drunk, and they're all over the road, they need to be off the road NOW before they kill someone.
