Best Shampoo and Conditioner

I'm not sure if this is the right forum, but this is the closest to beauty and cosmetics... kinda.

So recently I've switched up my shampoo and conditioner, I used to use a line called Renu, and its pricy as hell, a bottle of shampoo and conditioner would cost nearly $200. It worked nicely, but it smelled a little old lady-ish and the shampoo didn't lather up as nicely.

So I was introduced to a shampoo called Big, by Lush and it contains sea salt, seaweed, and a hint of lime. Looks like this:

The smell is on a little bit of the heavy side, but is still quite nice. All I use is about a tablespoon of the product and it lathers up wonderfully for my super long hair. For men, you can use even less. It gives a nice lift and shine to flat, dull hair. It's about $23 for 330ml.

Now I don't know that much about men's hair, but I can't live without conditioner especially because my long locks get caught up in an effin ugly tangle.

I actually just got a sample from Lush for this conditioner called Veganese. It is a very lightweight conditioner that doesn't contain silicone, so although you don't get the immediate super soft and smooth feeling like you get from most conditioners that are silicone based, it is still very nourishing and moisturizing; the shine is a plus.

It smells very rich of lemongrass (even though its rosemary). It is about $28 for a 500ml bottle. Looks like this:

So not only do only spend a fraction of the price of what I used to on my old hair products, I really, really love this line! I've never done a product review before, but because I love it so much I just had to share. These two items are some of Lush's best selling hair products for both men and women.

I urge you guys to head down to Lush and ask for a sample to see if it is for you, if you're in the midst of a bad hair time, or wanting to switch out some products. Even pop by to give it a whiff!

All their stuff is hand made and contain no preservatives. This is the first time that I've ever used Lush products and I'm very impressed so far. My hair feels light and looks super shiny. I love it!
