Eyelid Surgery, how much?

we are going to adopt a dog but before we get to meet her. we were told she got eyelid problem (inward rolling) that will need surgery soon, we plan to bring her for an body check (is SPCA good for that?) to make sure she got no other problem as soon as we pick her up and just wondering how much approximately are we looking at, does she need to stay at the vet after and any experienced vet recommend?

You're going to need to talk to a vet.

Where ever you adopt her from, ask them what their policy is about sharing costs for medical expenses and such and then once you adopt her, take her to the vet that's going to be your personal vet for a full check up and evaluation.

she's from one of those "backyard" breeder, they wanna get rid of her because they don't wanna spend money on the dog so no way they would share the cost with us. I already booked a time with SPCA for her body check sometime next week, just wanna get an estimate on how much are we spending on the surgery itself.

You're going to need to take her into a vet to get an estimate.

Once you have the dog you should report the breeder to the SPCA and to your city (if they're doing business they require a business license which I would wager they don't have). Legally speaking, denying an animal medical care is against the law and it sounds like this is an illegal operation.
