As hard as it is to do, you need to back off, let the relationship develop on it's own. You can't force good and memorable times, if she likes you, she likes you, she doesn't she doesnt. The MOST important part is you know you tried, as you posted originally, sounds like you're really into her and see a future with her, you owe it to YOURSELF to try.
BUT.. do not get burned. Your choices are wrong by snooping around but be positive, now you know what you're really into. Keep the guard up and continue to spend time with her but again, don't fall too deep or you're taking a really big risk of getting burned.
One advice, keep your options open at the same time, she's not the only fish in the sea, you may find a more honest, baggage free along the way.
