Spotted Blue STI hatch (No pics)
 
Saw the car pass by on Shell in Richmond.

Looked like it had a wide body on it? Yellow DRLs, looked really nice, and I'm not a fan of Subbies.

Is it anyone from here?

Maybe it was so slammed, it looked wider lol

Yes! It was a front bumper that looked similar to this, maybe minus the canyards
