How do you clean your belt?

I have a hugo boss belt that started to develop some rusts and scratches...
I would like to learn how to clean the rust off and buff the scratches off if possible. How would you clean it?

If not, then I guess i'll buy a new belt then.

Let me know if you want some pictures to take a look at.

Thanks...

Rub the rust stains gently with a piece of extra fine steel wool. Wipe away any debris with a damp paper towel and dry with a clean cloth.

Sprinkle 1 tbsp. salt on the rust stain and pour enough lemon juice over it to wet it. Wait five minutes.

Rub the stain with a paper towel or the steel wool. Wipe clean with a damp cloth and dry.

Since I don't have time to clean it, is there a place that willing to clean it?
