it is absolutely crap quality but i don't mind the price haha. i have tons of beater shoes

also i don't believe you should be looking for quality when you look at that price point :P

i bought a pair once and they wernt even worth the $40 i spent on them.
i wore them once and literally threw them in the trash after. they were extremely uncomfortable and cheap.

YMMV but this was my experience.

I get that Tod's is pretty high tier but I hate the squared-off toe box on that model.

Might be purchasing my very first pair of boots (Eagle County) from Allen Edmonds.

How do I find the right width size and lasts? Seems like this can only be ordered online.. I want a sure way of knowing it'll fit right to avoid returning.

Who dealt with this problem before?

Red wings has a pretty awsome machine you stick your foot into and it tells you exact sizing for each foot, obviously you need to go with whatever foot is bigger for the sizing

Just go in and feign interest and have them measure your feet

I owned casual shoes of Puma brand which I like the most. That was a purchase from online store at a nice discount. Now I am looking for the sport shoes which could be comfortable to be wear for long distances and also they must be durable.

Has anybody ever owned a pair of Jack Purcell's? Looking to see if they are comfortable to walk around in all day as it has a cushioned sole. It kills me when I wear a shoe that has a thin sole and I'm walking around all day, like in New York.

I own 4 pairs, and they're all comfortable even if I'm walking or moving around all day.

they're basically comfortable chucks. if i was walking around literally all day im not sure that they're the best still, but they get a pass.
