adjourning court date

i have adjourned a court date beginning of this month and i still haven't heard back from them

as the court date was june 29
but i m going to be out of town soon with my family members
what do i do?
they havent sent any notices back to me yet..

Phone the courthouse, now! They might have considered the time you gave to request an adjournment was not long enough to find you a new available date so a charter argument for speedy trial, would not apply?
