anyone on here goes to this gym ? it's by lougheed mall, on north road. It'd be sick to know there are other RSers around the place , seeing as everyone else goes to Fitness World(s) lol

100lbs, it's around $26 every 2 weeks. I'm on a corporate rate so mine is around $400 for the whole year

well im just in a regular contract..and i pay about 67$ a month =/ it is quite expensive lol but i find it worth it. They try and make you sign a contract so itll be cheaper cus when i asked how much is it monthly without a contract, they said roughly 85$

I live in Ontario now. What's nice about GoodLife is that their gyms can be found across the country. This can be important if you travel for work.

Will be moving to the Lougheed area soon. How busy does it get at Goodlife during after work hours 7-8pm (compared to steve nash brentwood)? How many squat racks do they have?

Weights dont go up that high and they bitch if u slam the weights on the floor even slightly while doing deadlifts. The people that work there think theyre the shit, the manager came up to me and said, hey if its too heavy for you then dont lift it, I told him to suck it how the fuck am i supposed to get stronger lifting shit that I can normally do and he just stfu. When i left the old blonde chick that signs clients was like "so i heard you had a little argument, you know the manager is ex marine corp", i told her to suck a dick hahahaha
