Disputing A Violation Ticket I have my license plate on my scooter mounted vertically instead of horizontally, I got a ticket for it. I didn't know it was against the rules, but I guess you live you learn. It's a $196 ticket. The officer that pulled me over was nice, said that if I get it fixed and go and dispute the amount and not the violation (which is fine by me), he'll back me up with the judge and support my dispute. :) Anyways, I'm looking at the instructions on the back of my ticket, but I can't seem to figure out whether I am supposed to pay first before my fine dispute? Or dispute it, then pay whatever is deemed the outcome? thanks all! :) |
dispute first. |
When you go into ICBC, dispute the fine not allegation. Posted via RS Mobile |
