I've never had good Montreal smoked meat before and just found out thaat Dunns is opening up in Vancouver. I've only had the sandwiches Costco has but wow they look like they know what they are doing.

That menu is unbelievably massive. I can't imagine it succeeding in Vancouver, but hey -- hoping im wrong!

With chain stores like this, they have a central kitchen somewhere out in the suburbs and they just truck the stuff in as needed.
