I feel like Whatsapp is only popular because it was one of the first phone only IM apps that came out.
But I honestly think it looks like crap and after all these years they barely did any updates to it.
Why is there a contacts tab there??? Why would I need to see my phone contacts on an IM app?
And you can't delete people. If you try deleting them they will just pop back on again. You have to delete them off your iPhone contacts to get rid of them.
I still think Kakao is better than Whatsapp in every way. Too bad it's main users are Koreans.

The images are too big and on the recipient's end it'd be off centered (assuming they have an iphone as well)

what i wonder is that, since these emoticons aren't built into the phone, would they be considered as sending mms? that would be a deal break imo, for those who don't have mms included, like myself.

Dropped my iPhone the other day, and the Genius at the Apple Store replaced it for free, and guess what. It came unlocked too.

Apple will find a way to block unauthorized Siri installs from using their servers. All Siri requests must contact Apple for voice recognition and processing.
I would not say that Siri is the only selling feature of the iPhone 4S. If you have an iPhone 4 then you most likely would not upgrade to the 4S unless you have a money to burn or NEED a legit factory unlocked device. If you have a first gen, 3G or 3GS then the 4S is a huge upgrade.
I just upgraded from a 3GS to the 4S and am blown away by the speed, camera and convenience of Siri. Also the 3D graphics on new games like GTA3 and Infinity Blade 2 are only available on A5 processors, same with OS-wide AirPlay video mirroring. The iPhone 5 is 1 YEAR away and I wanted an upgrade now, waiting was not an option for me. Even if siri gets ported to the iPhone 4 successfully and effectively for jailbroken phones, the 4S will mildly be effected by it.
Keep in mind that as big as it may seem, jailbroken phones is a small % of all iPhone users.

You dont know how many people think that jailbreaking their phone causes all kinds of problems when it actually doesn't. About 90% of the people i know that could've jailbroken their iphone 4 didnt.

anybody having problems with their reminders? its not working properly for me when i set it to remind me something when i get home. When i ask siri my home address it shows the correct address though.

hows everyone's batterylife.
mine drops 15% overnight on standby. thats with data off location off notification off bluetooth off.
Is it me of is the 4s battery life sucks my ip4 doesnt drop 15% overnight like this.
so i was wondering if anyone else have the same problem or if its my phone and i should bring it in?

i don't think 15% overnight is that bad at all ...
the only fix i've read about for the 4S is turn off set time zone in location services

mine is like 70% by 6pm....and thats with a few calls during the day and reading twitter and email.
