question...im about to go to apple store to get my iphone4s. Do they transfer everything from my old iphone 3G to the new iphone? Reason I ask is my 3G is jailbroken. Do I have to restore it first?

once you buy it it will come with a microsim which your gf has to activate herself.
this is assuming you are buying unlock. if you trying to do a hup you can't do it for ur gf unless you are the account holder.

noob....iphone/itunes question
i have all my music on my iphone. once i upload my music through itunes onto the iphone, then i delete it off my computer and itunes. When i use my ringtone maker app, and try to upload my new ringtones, for some reason, it says its gonna delete everything off my phone when i want to sync my ringtones......is there something i can disable so that my music/pics/vids wont get deleted when i wanna sync new things over?

Is this box checked on your iPhone settings in iTunes (see attachment) ???
If so then you can drag and drop music to your phone/ipod, the same applies for ringtones.
