Not too sure but you might want to factor in a little bit more time. It use to take me 45 minutes to get to RIC from SFU on sunday nights to get to my 10:30 ice times. With more traffic in the day, an hour may be cutting it a little close.

i got new skates, only used them 4 times. Feet cramp up like a bitch, even did the oven custom mold thing cause mine are gel support. anyways, i was in pain the past 4 times i played.... I got them sharpened lastnight and did a public skate, turns out i either need an E boot, not D... or keeping the bottom section much looser seemed to alleviate the pain all together...

Public skate went better than expected

skating with a stick feels completely different. Why don't you go stick and puck. RIC has it for $6 I believe and you can practice from 9-3.

yeah I played hockey for 8 years growing up (5 years REP), but being out of the game for so long, buying the right gear was tricky. I have all new gear, but still getting used to it. Plus im outta shape.

I know what you mean.
I quit hockey for 1 year and came back next year way behind everyone in skill level.
Then last october, I got a high ankle sprain and missed hockey for 3 months. Im still not the same.

Cyclone Taylor has a pro shop there so they *should* have a saw to use.

For everyone that is taking Knight bridge, there's usually speed police. So keep an eye out for that.

I'm still going to leave at five. Get a small bite to eat and get there early. Don't feel like stressing to get there on time.

for those asking about time, unfortunately i lost the good battle and therefore ice time is from 7pm till 8:30pm. have maybe 10 minutes of practice n stretching then we start. 1 1/2hour is still pretty decent for a pick up hockey game. its still a lot of time.
