Need help removing stove

I recently bought/replaced a stove I had downstairs. The home depot guy said that I can easily find someone to take my old stove for free b/c there are groups out there that salvage the metal..

So far after searching for the past couple hours I only managed to find places that will accept the stove for free but will not come and pick it up ... I'd drive my stove to their location but I have a f'ing civic coupe and can't fit the stove in there.

Anyone know of any free/cheaper (<40$) stove/appliance removers? (most places are saying they'll remove for a fee of 70$)

It's amazing how fast free stuff goes on craigslist. I put a metal shelf on there and it was gone from my driveway in a couple of hours.

If it is still working, you might just have to specify that in the ad
