why would they offer unltd wind to wind when there is unltd local calling? unless there is no ld/roaming charges if wind mobiel customers are overseas?

interesting but older news.
wind to wind in other cities that have wind zones. say like Toronto to Vancouver. if you and friend are both on wind you can call him long distance free.
Whistler is wind zone too so also free calls. Squamish is in the middle and NOT a wind zone, so probably roaming charges.

hasnt rolled out yet, so don't go calling. most likely rolled out in late Aug or sept as its a back to school promo.
no iphone....yet.
unlimited data = 5 GB then you get throttled possibly, at their discretion

Can someone explain why do they charge $10 for tethering?
I thought if your phone can be a "wifi hotspot", any other wifi device can just use your phone to go online, via the phone's data.

they take the estimated extra bandwidth usage into account, since computers are more capable than a phone/smartphone, there's a lot more things you can do

anyways its only for 1 year but wind is no contract. after 12 months, hop onto the next plan if you dont care about being subsidized. meaning go buy an unlocked phone.
