Before I moved to HK I went here:
Aoi beauty. It's on Beatty St. I was originally thrown off by the name because a girl recommended me going there but they've been brilliant and I miss them dearly. They have plenty of dudes/girls that specifically cut dude's hair so don't worry about it being too girly, plus they speak good English. My stylist's name was Takeshi, ask for him, he should still be there as I technically moved like 1.5 years ago and he wasn't a temp. Give it a shot!
edit: I checked out the website for you. Takeshi is still there, he's the "Master Stylist" now, I dunno what that means but I hope it doesn't = a price hike LOL.
