Where to find these nooodles in Vancouver?

I had these noodles first in HK, I believe they are called Szechuan spicy noodles..

Basically, noodles slathered crazy spicy oily sauce. So spicy it makes your lips numb.

^ Just drooling, thinking about it. The noodles were large style glass noodles. Haven't had anything like it since!

^aren't there a number of Szechuan restaurants in Richmond? One near the no.3 Staples too iirc.
There's also a pretty good Szechuan joint in Crystal Mall (don't know if it's still there).

There's a pretty good noodle place in Richmond Public Market too, not sure if they have that specific dish, but I remember having a very tasty spicy noodle dish there before.
