Hey guys I need some ideas on how to remove a slightly stripped screw. The screw is not rusted and has a t8 style head. I've tried the rubber band, masking tape and jb weld trick but the fucker isn't budging. Also doesn't help when the screw is 5 inches from the fucking radiator.

Take a hacksaw blade or Dremel and cut a slot into it, then use a flathead.

You might want to pull the rad, since the head of the screw sticks out I'd say grab a file/hacksaw and cut a slot into it so you can try to use a flat screwdriver to get it out.
OR you can try filing down two flat spots opposite each other on the outside so that you have two flat edges to clamp down on with vicegrips or pliers, the head doesn't look very thick tho.

Heat and vibration will do the trick, but it's not possible in this case. Another possibility is to drill out or cut off the bolt heads and remove the IAC valve. Once that's out of the way, the bolt threads would be exposed, allowing penetrating oil to get at it. Plus, there would be enough material to clamp needle nose vice grips on. Hopefully, the bolt won't break.

The problem with those things is clearance. You have to put your drill to be perpendicular to the screw for it to work. If your drill is too big, it just won't fit.
My suggestion to your problem would be remove the other T8, loosen enough you can pour in some lubricate to the metal block, do a heat and cold cycle and try again. Quote:

Get a little torch and put some heat into the screw. If you havent fucked the head up so much that you cant get a screw driver on it anymore, t will come out like butter.

Try using a hex on the other side.
Are you using an allen key style tool to get them off or actual sockets/ratchets?

seriously, before you fuck the bolt heads up with extractors and hack saws, put some heat to it. a mini hand torch straight onto the head will do it. heat is magic for loosening fasteners.
