That being said, FedEx will not refund your "brokerage fee" so you might as well chalk it up to experience and take this as a sign to start shipping things to Blaine/Point Roberts.
FWIW, fedex refunded me my brokerage fee. They said they would only do it once though and told me to set-up an account with them. They told me to include my account number on anything that is being shipped to Canada and if there are duties they would charge it to this account and I would save on the brokerage fee. I set-up the account but have never had to use it.

When towing with a dolly (uhaul), does the towed vehicle require insurance?

It needs insurance if any of the wheels are on the road.

I'm a little confused are you wondering about the insurance on the dolly or are you towing a vehicle on a uhaul dolly

I was asking about the towed vehicle on the dolly. Underscore got it though, since 2 wheels are on the ground it has to be insured.

Here's the stupid thing though, the tow dolly, itself, has to be insured by the renter, through ICBC - uhaul doesn't have it plated.

So if someone is considering renting a dolly instead of a regular car trailer, don't. The difference in rental cost is only around $11 but the car trailer comes insured already and you don't need insurance on the vehicle being towed on it.

Really the only reason to rent a dolly is if your tow vehicle doesn't have enough capacity for the trailer + load.

Grouse you won't even be able to get to the snow without paying for the gondola ride.

Seymour just sucks.

2nd paragraph

Quote:
As a car it fits into any standard parking space, uses regular gasoline, and can be used in road traffic just like any other car. As a plane it can use any airport in the world, but can also take off and land using any grass strip or paved surface just a few hundred meters long.
Edit: I guess it's not perfectly clear if you require alternate fuel to fly..

When it comes to some things they definitely don't make them like they used to but regarding safety they've come a long way, cool video either way!

My first thoughts had nothing to do with safety lol.

-damn, they used a mint '59 for that?
-I hope it's not a 409
-there's a lot of good parts left on there
-at least it's a 4dr

Any products out there that is similar to a Magic Eraser except it doesn't break down? I guess something like a sponge version with a very fine abrasive material?

Kinda ghetto, but maybe use baking soda as your fine abrasive on a regular sponge?
