Is there place in vancouver where one can borrow work space + power tools provided. Making stuff such as desks, chairs used for driving game steering wheel, just small DIY stuff?
I personally think this would be worth its own thread but I'm not really sure how much others would care...Basically 2 married women from Surrey/Vancouver go to Las Vegas; one of the husbands hires a private investigator and catches them both cheating and puts up recordings on youtube to basically ruin their reps forever....nothing all that great on the video, just shows the girls walking around with 2 guys, who it seems that they knew BEFORE they got to Vegas....eventually the vid shows one of the girls going into the other guy's room...
I recall telling my relatives this in late April, guess I'm their designated driver again LOL..

Marks has been moved for a couple weeks now already. That's the biggest pic thats out there right now. It's going to be so nice having everything in one area.
I wouldnt be surprised if they put in a Montana's as well. Looks like it's going to be a copy of the new complex they have in White Rock.

It's huge back east and I think that a lot of people that have moved here from there are still huge fans and keep it open. I went in Ont a couple weeks ago and it's beyond nasty. At least toss in a Olive Garden or something.

Anyone know what the deal is with all the police escorts around town these days? In the past 2 days I came across 2 in the downtown core and another one last week.
Today was just a few undercover police vehicles being escorted down by English Bay, but yesterday was a Seattle Police bus and several Washington-plated vehicles along with it.
Is it just coincidence there are so many lately? What's the deal, and why are they so necessary anyways? If you were moving a VIP around it would make more sense to do it in secret and not draw so much attention...

Did you notice the new Mark's on Lougheed by Silvercity (moved from Winner's lot)? There's also a Fatburger beside it.
I wonder if they're going to keep the Swiss Chalet in MR since it's only 15min down Lougheed.

cora's is a restaurant specializing in fresh fruit and breakfast dishes. lots of crepe/panini type sandwiches on the menu with fruit smoothies for drinks.
