This is from Sunday night, just before midnight. I was headed Southbound on the Coquihalla just coming to the Snow Shed.
For those of you unfamiliar with the Snow Shed, it's just past (or before) the Summit where the old paytoll used to be. It's a very steep incline/decline and even in good weather, trucks are usually crawling on the far right.
Sudden snow flurry had everyone crawling along. Hell, I wasn't expecting it and was driving on summer tires. Luckily I got behind this one truck crawling along with chains and I just stayed behind him.
In case it's too hard to see, in the first part of the video on the Northbound side is an SUV that had slid into the median with a semi jack-knifed behind him. Behind that semi were three other cars that had crashed into one another. Then in the second half there's a pair of headlights on the far right hand side. I've no idea how this guy got so far over, but judging by the lack of tracks in the snow, he must have been in that position for quite some time. Apparently they shut down the Coq completely shortly after I made it.
New Mazda 3 hatchback, with a relocated plate placed poorly high up on the bumper. Plate is 396___.
I understand Aberdeen's parking lot echos your exhaust and it's loud. So loud in fact, I heard your car maybe 1 or 2 parking lots below. Loud exhaust isn't my problem, but the fact you're driving so quickly, your tires are squealing is a problem. Doing 40 or 50 in there isn't the smartest idea. Slow down or go rev your car where it won't bother anyone.
when ever i drive through that parking lot, i always end up assuming that i popped my tires cuz my tires are worn out to the titties, but they are not popped so they are good, and i do not want to invest in some new tires because i am purchasing a new car
