their logic is also so damn flawed, its a fucking shitty drivers video, no shit theres gonna be a lot of horning action going. its not like with the title of "shitty drivers of vancouver" you're going to expect someone yelling out thank yous to other drivers

ive been in a similar situation.. unless they hit you they they are off the hook..

i had a bus decide it wanted to be in my lane while i was directly beside it, i locked up my brakes and turned to the curb to avoid it hitting me and curbed 1 rim up decently.

called ICBC and gave all info and they told me i was SOL, should have let the bus hit me

makes little sense cuz my rim, and alignment were 250$.. that bus hitting my car would have wrote it off.. seems like ICBC would favor you being evasive and saving them some money

I followed the white BMW a couple of blocks but eventually lost the car. No damage was done as the curb was quite low (I hope)

There is precedence that you can win if taken to court, under "no-impact accidents"

I think this deals with injuries though. I read somewhere that there is an ICBC policy, so you may want to dig around, especially since you have some pretty clear footage.

I had a white 370Z failed to yield coming from the Oakridge parking lot in front of me. The thought did cross my mind if I just didn't see him or stopped I would have gotten my car written off. Good intuition and awareness (+brakes) saved the car and his "I ain't got time to look in the mirror" fob ass.

Friend and I recorded this long time ago, I just found it. This is actually the funniest shit ever.

This guys was trying to park for like 5 minutes, and near the end of the video you will see how far off the spot he still is.

We started recording after a good two minutes of watching this shit. I honestly though we were being pranked or something...So ridiculous watching the guy sticking his head out of the window.

So it went from Friend and I to they after CRS said you sound like your voice is going through puberty... lol

I was in my car parked beside the people recording this... So you will not be able to hear my ridiculous laughter and see how I am basically crying from how hard I am laughing at the situation.

Neither of the voices are mine, both people you hear laughing are asian and have accents (not being racist, its the truth). I am brown and having been born in Canada have no discernible accent.

I really just quickly depicted the story, I really did not care to explain step by step what went on, since the video is the funny part...

At the end you did that to yourself in that parking lot. You need to be way more aggressive.

Just to reiterate on above about no impact accidents..

I was involved in a motorcycle accident with no direct impact. driver did an illegal uturn and i swerved to the left to avoid his rear end and hit the center median. He was found at fault 100% even though he contested his uturn did not cause me to crash. I had witnesses and he was issued a ticket though so it did help a lot in my favor.
